Project Knowledge Spaces

Every project can have a dedicated Knowledge Space — a container for all project-related documentation, specifications, meeting notes, and decision logs.

Auto-Provisioning

When enabled, a new Knowledge Space is automatically created with the project, pre-populated with standard sections:

  • Project Overview — Scope, objectives, and stakeholders
  • Technical Specifications — Requirements and design constraints
  • Meeting Notes — Minutes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Decision Log — Key decisions and rationale
  • Lessons Learned — Insights and improvement opportunities

Managing Your Space

Use the Knowledge tab on the project form to manage articles, create new content, and view technical proposals. The stat buttons provide quick access to article and proposal counts.
